Roneta is a Calgary based recruitment firm for senior level professional positions, with specialization in Accounting and Finance, Financial Services and Legal.

Although young, Roneta has quickly become a firm of choice in Calgary.

Roneta is seeking results-driven Recruitment Consultants to join its Calgary office.  We are interested in individuals who have a passion and determination to succeed and who possess exceptional skills in conceptual sales consulting. The successful candidate must be able to build a business by sourcing new clients and candidates directly from the market, sourcing prospects from centers of influence and other channels, and build relationships with key stakeholders within the industry to support Roneta’s mandate to grow existing specialty practices and create new ones.

Specific Accountabilities:

• Attracting new candidates and client organizations
• Developing new business opportunities through referrals from centers of influence, networking opportunities, prospect calls and other creative marketing
• Interviewing candidates for potential placement inside client organizations
• Developing lasting relationships with centers of influence by providing superior service and
• Providing input and leadership around the business with respect to future growth initiatives.
   

Competencies/Skills/Designations required:

• A proven track record of success with conceptual/abstract sales while maintaining absolute integrity and discretion for a candidate/client’s best interests;
• A sense of urgency
• Comfort with cold calling, networking and participating in events
• Ability to build a business in a rapidly developing and changing industry with a successful track record;
• Exceptional communication skills, an engaging and professional presence, the desire to excel, and be a team player;
• Experience in building a referral advocate network;
• Positive outlook and attitude in account management and business building;
• Strong customer service skills commensurate with the expectations of senior and successful clientele;
• Broad knowledge of business and industries
• Bachelor degree and/or related designation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a fast paced environment
