Management Team:

	Mike Buckner specializes in Finance, Accounting and Legal recruitment and has established himself as one of the most knowledgeable and professional recruiters in the Calgary marketplace. Mike moved to Alberta in 1993 after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto. Mike joined Pitney Bowes and enjoyed progressive roles including; National Account Manager for Western Canada and Sales Manager for Southern Alberta. At the end of 2000, Mike entered the professional search industry with a National Recruiting Firm in their Finance and Accounting practice. 	Chris Jackson specializes in Finance and Accounting search. Chris is passionate about helping people secure new opportunities that will change their lives. Previously Chris was division practice leader of a national recruitment firm. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant at CNC Global, an international firm where he built their Calgary search office from scratch to the largest in the city. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Chris' prior experience includes program management at TransAlta and Nortel. Chris participates on various Boards in the city, and enjoys family time with wife Melissa, daughter Brianna and sons Aidan and Kristian. 	Tim Bowes leads Roneta's Legal division, assisting with roles from Associate to Partner. Tim has over 20 years experience in developing and implementing business solutions for clients both big and small. Tim joined Roneta in 2008 and prior to that had developed his recruitment expertise with over 3 years at a national recruitment firm.
