Mike Buckner is a trusted authority in Finance & Accounting search and staffing in Calgary, co-founding Roneta. Mike moved to Alberta in 1993 after earning his Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toronto. Mike joined Pitney Bowes and enjoyed progressive roles including; National Account Manager for Western Canada and Sales Manager for Southern Alberta. Nora Groundwater leads Roneta's Project Consulting division, specializing in placing professional accountants for both contract and permanent opportunities. From BC and an accountant by profession (earning both her CMA and CGA), Nora spent ten plus years in finance and held positions such as Finance Manager and Controller. Chris Jackson is a Roneta co-founder and passionate about helping people secure new opportunities that will change their lives. Previously Chris was division practice leader of a national recruitment firm. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant at CNC Global, an international firm where he built their Calgary search office from scratch to become the largest provider in the city.
